Lydia joined Hill and Company as a residential conveyancing paralegal in 2026 following completion of her law degree at Newcastle University. During her time at university, she also worked as a volunteer adviser for Citizens Advice and was part of several pro bono initiatives. Passionate about building client relationships and alleviating the stress of buying and selling a property, Lydia’s role involves opening new client files, sending out initial paperwork, drafting sales contracts, ordering property searches and ensuring completions are as smooth as possible. Outside of work, Lydia is a keen swimmer and enjoys travelling and attending concerts.
