Irene and Jenny The practices princple Irene Seaman has reached the big 50. To celebrate she held a joint garden party with her daughter Jenny until the early hours.

The assembled guests were treated by Irene and her friends to a live rendition of  ABBA`s Waterloo

The party as well as being a good excuse for a tipple also raised over £560 for two local charities through the generosity of her guests.

     London to Paris Charity Cycle Ride

Irene and her Practice Manager Richard have successfully completed a most amazing challenge of a lifetime by cycling from London to Paris for charity.

This feat took four days and covered some 317 miles.

They would like to thank everyone who helped them achieve this through not only the sponsership but also with the support and understanding through the difficult months of training.
